Poached Pear Tarte Tatin - Inspired by an early Paris morning when the streets are filled with the aroma of freshly baked delicacies. The richness of poached pear spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg + vanilla coated in a brown sugar and orange zest glaze makes for a meltingly smooth ode to traditional french pastry.

Lemon Meringue Roulade - Fluffy vanilla sponge cake filled with home made zesty lemon curd, covered with swirls of torched meringue. Patisserie Le Collection pays tribute to classic French + Italian pastries + desserts.
